🔹 Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a visit?
You can request a quote here, message us via chat, or call directly. We’ll guide you through a few questions and suggest the best option for your needs.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes — the minimum booking is 2 hours.
Can I change or cancel my visit?
Absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. For same-day changes, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I get the same team every time?
We usually assign 2 main teams to your home or office, so they’re familiar with your preferences. If someone is unavailable, a trained backup team steps in with full access to your checklists and notes — so service quality remains consistent.

Do I need to provide products or equipment?
We offer two flexible options:
1. We use your products — if you have preferences.
2. We bring our own — we carry high-quality, regular or eco-friendly products and professional equipment.
We’ll confirm your preference before the first visit.
Can I request specific brands or scents?
Yes — let us know in advance. We’ll try to match your preferences or use the products you provide.

Who are your housekeepers?
All our team members are vetted, trained in-house, and follow our detailed systems and checklists. They work in teams for faster, more efficient results.
What if something goes wrong?
We stand by our work. If something is missed or broken, please let us know within 24 hours — we’ll investigate and make it right.
🔹 Payments & Pricing
How do I pay?
You’ll receive an invoice after each visit. You can pay by cash, e-transfer, credit card, or via your online client portal.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You only pay for time booked and any extras you agree to — no hidden charges, no upselling.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Can you help with organizing, not just cleaning?
Absolutely — we offer organizing, decluttering, setup, and space optimization services tailored to your needs.

Do you help with move-ins or move-outs?
Yes. We assist with packing/unpacking, labeling, organizing zones in your new home, and coordinating cleaning. We can even lend you boxes (free for regulars, deposit-based for new clients).

Do you work outside regular business hours?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends to avoid disrupting your workflow.

Do you offer one-time visits or only recurring?
Both. We recommend recurring plans for consistency, but we also support one-time or project-based services.

Can you support multiple Airbnb turnovers?
Yes — we offer keyholding, laundry, guest-ready setups, and detailed resets for Airbnb hosts and property managers.
Do you report issues or damages between guests?
Absolutely. We perform light inspections and notify you immediately if anything is broken or missing.

Do I need to be home during the visit?
No — most of our clients give us access via code or key. We respect your space and follow strict privacy protocols.
How do you ensure my privacy and security?
Our team members sign confidentiality agreements and undergo background checks. We use secure systems to track access and notes.
